1. General Agreement

By placing an order with Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC (“the Company”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to these terms. These terms govern all sales, engraving services, and communications.

2. Custom Engraving Disclaimer

All engraving is performed based on Client-provided specifications. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, and text before production.
Once approved, Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC is not liable for errors, typos, or design inaccuracies present in the approved proof.

3. Customer-Supplied Items

Clients may provide their own items for engraving.

• The Company assumes no responsibility for damage or loss during engraving due to defects or material inconsistencies.

• All customer-supplied items are engraved at the Client’s risk.

• Variations in tone, depth, and texture may occur depending on material properties.

Marketing Use Permission
By submitting items, the Client grants permission for Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC to photograph and use images of finished products for marketing, advertising, and portfolio use.
Clients must opt out in writing before production begins.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

The Client confirms they have rights to all submitted designs, logos, and text.
The Company is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.
Rush orders may incur additional fees.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All sales are final once engraving has begun.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the permanent nature of engraving, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only issued in cases of Company error.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of the engraving service performed.
The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the Client unless stated otherwise.
The Company is not liable for damage or loss during transit.

10. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond its control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
All disputes will be handled in Rutherford County, NC.

12. Acceptance

By placing an order or approving artwork, the Client agrees to these terms.
